I hereby declare that the commercial product and the substance or mixture containing this substance will only be used for the stated purpose, which is in any case legitimate, and will only be sold or supplied to another customer if that customer draws up a similar declaration of use, in compliance with the restrictions established in Regulation (EU) 2019/1148 regarding sales to the general public. I am aware of my obligations regarding the use and sale of the above-mentioned products and the provisions of the Law on Precursors for Explosives and Regulation (EU) 2019/1148 as applied by Hoco Parts BV.
